Troopmaster Bickle is a character in Stuart Little 3: Call of the Wild. He is the leader of the Lake Scouts.

Personality
Despite his position as Troop Master, Bickle candidly admitted to being in way over his head and gladly accepted Mr. Little's help. He often jumbled things around, like thinking the Skill Assessment Test was a "Skull Assessment Test" and confusing a confiscated video game with his GPS device. Nonetheless, Bickle did his best to lead the scouts.
